Brella®

Brella® is an App you can download from Google Play or the Apple Store; for your mobile device to alert you of your debit card transactions.

The following features are available:

• Set Card Status
• Set Alerts & Blocks per dollar amount
• Manage Travel Notices
• ATM Locator (lets you know if ATM is Shazam privileged machine) **Note: Non-The Peoples Bank ATMs may change a service charge** You will set up your username and password, this can be set up through the app on your mobile device.

By using Brella and setting your dollar amount for notification you can view what is happening on your card. With the amount of Fraud taking place today, Brella will alert you immediately of any transaction(s) over your set dollar amount.

If you are alerted of a transaction that you did not authorize please contact us during regular business hours at (502) 477-2244 or if you need to cancel your debit card after business hours please contact Shazam at 1 (800) 537-5427.

Also we use the “Falcon” program with our card processor Shazam to help deter Fraud on your account. If you get a call from a Falcon Manager at Shazam please answer the call. They can assist you in blocking or canceling your debit card if Fraud has been committed.
